ABOUT
McKensi Jameson is a Dallas-based interior designer who focuses on natural elements and tones to create stunning spaces that are far from typical. After studying and completing her BA in Interior Design at Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, McKensi soon started working with various builders in the DFW area.
McKensi started her interior design group in 2020 during a time when the spaces within a home meant so much more than they did before. By bringing in textures and styles that reflect nature, she grounds the spaces and makes them feel like home.
Understanding the homeowners style and goal for each project is a priority for McKensi. By doing so, she offers insight and ideas that never would have been thought of, exceeding the expectations of the client.
“My approach to design focuses on achieving the perfect ambiance through the balance of form and function. I believe that interiors are meant to be perfectly imperfect and tell a story of those who inhibit the space. Natural elements such as light, color, and raw materials play an integral role in my designs that truly withstand the test of time. A home needs more than just good bones to truly thrive. It needs all of the right elements that tell a story. It is the way that a space makes you feel that will be remembered, which is why I match grounding pieces with meaningful accents
